Custom Sewing: If you have a hard-to-fit bed or window, ask our custom sewing department if an item can be made in our sewing center. Custom-made items are not returnable.

Fax Orders: Order 24 hours a day: Complete the order form, including item codes, credit card information, and day/evening phone numbers. If transmission problems occur, mark the second fax DUPLICATE.

It is not necessary to confirm a faxed or mailed order, but if you do, please do so by phone.

Free Swatches: To feel the true textures and see the colors, we offer free swatches or most of our bedding, wallpaper and apparel.
