Return Policy: You may return any item for an exchange, an immediate refund or a credit to your charge account less shipping and handling charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery with a copy of your receipt to ensure proper credit. We cannot accept returns of items that are used, laundered or soiled. Items that are special order are not returnable. Health regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of sheets or pillowcases for credit or refund. Bed and Bath Elegance by Kimberly guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return promptly in its original condition, and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money. Special order items are not returnable.

Exchange or Returns: Complete the back of the packing slip and enclose with return. Refunds are made for the full merchandise value only. We will refund shipping/handling charges if the error was ours. Be sure to insure return package. No c.o.d.

Standard Delivery
We usually process your order in 1-3 days and ship by UPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of in-stock items. Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of larger items shipped and custom items.
